In my case it is a radiomaster tx16s with the new TBS tracer transmitter module. I have another one tx16s left for borrow you if you want.(with tracer tx module, have same protocol like crossfire)

I will be using a Frsky Taranis x9d with a crossfire tx module but I'm prolly switching to radiomaster tx16s like Loetefix in not to distant future. I'd be happy to beta test.

Hi,

Tracer uses crsf v2 or crsfshot?
It is completely different hardware and frequency 900mhz vs 2.4ghz.

Many people endorsed Radiomaster TX16S which I also have one.

Crossfire TX is relatively slow but stable. Tracer seem to have issues of connection lost currently.

I think for communication between receiver and flightcontrol it doesn't matter. The crsf shot is the communication between radio and TX module i think. At the moment there are some problems of connection lost thats right. But only on farer distance. And for me with max 300 meters distance it doesn't matter.

Hi,

I've checked the setting with betaflight and it is using crsf serial. So I think you are right. Let's see how it will turn out.

Hi,

we are progressing, but there are more radios that can use crossfire protocol. It is likely the result will be very same as with FrSky radios as it is supported by OpenTX.
What radio do you think is the most common among crossfire users?
