I am looking at the Aero for a beginner. Information is about the stabilization modes is hard to find. Is there an option that brings the plane back to level (self level) when you let go or center the sticks?

This is because web browser is not taking the last character. You have to add ")" to the URL.

What would be the gain setting for these modes... and is it a + or - value on a Tx that uses the -100 > +100

For stabilisation mode it is any negative value. For normal flying it is any positive value of the Global Gain.
So it does not matter if it is -100, -60, -10 it will activate the stabilisation (if selected Stabi/Function is selected as the Stabilisation).
But what the actual value is affecting is (whether it is positive or negative) how much it will be compensating.
So further from 0% the value is, the bigger compensation by the unit.
