Post subject:  [SOLVED] Spirit Aero with Jeti CB200?

Hello
It is also possible to loop through the Jeti EX-Bus signal and forward it to a CB200?
The servos attached to a CB200 as the Cortex Pro is the case?
Would be useful for models with multiple servos ....
As in the picture.

Thanks

Hello,

it is possible with all our units even before Cortex supported it.
Regarding servos, you can do this, but the unit can't control them (only your transmitter).

I believe that this is same with Cortex, since there is probably no way, how it can be realized with current protocol.

Good morning.

This topic makes me curious again.
I had the same wish a couple month ago:
http://www.spirit-system.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=29&t=1428

And now you reply on a interesting way.
You say we can put the SPIRIT in between but it will not modify the EX-BUS-Signals?
So the GYRO will not work as GYRO and just passt the Signals through?

Did I understand that right?

Regards
Ingbert

7kyf0x: regarding your question there is nothing different.
But stipsi asked if you can connect Spirit to CB200 through EX Bus - and this is possible.

But you can't pass signal from the unit to CB200 and then to the servos. And even if it will be possible, it will be rather delayed (not good for model control).

Hi
Only to the correct position, with the Cortex Pro is the Gyro but usable in connection with EX bus and CB200.So it is in the instructions ...

Maybe it depends on interpretation. But as I have written previously, with Spirit you can also use CB200 + EX Bus.

If it will be technically possible to move servos through EX Bus, we can implement it - this should be easy.
We will ask Jeti if they plan to release the feature.

Hallo Stipsi!"

LG
