That is not your position, but detected position of your internet service provider.
Your position will be visible once you will get a valid GNSS signal.

Today I also installed the new Software and the new firmware on Spirit and Geolink. I used a switch with assigned Return to Home function. When programing the RTH-position by switch it seems to be fine if I look at the moves of the swashplate. But if I have a look the map, the shown position is completely wrong

Can you please elaborate 'wrong' ?
It didn't land where the home position was setup or close to it ?
I haven't had time to setup mine yet,just reading feedbacks and stuff.

Wrong means in this case about 20 km away - so, positions marked on the map shouldn't be used actually.

Are you really looking at Home position?
Very likely it could be ISP position which is detected from your internet provider. This could fit what you can see.
