Hi Thomas, while update my Spirit Pro suddenly the power cut off and any way how to reset or fix the problem will be great. Much appreciate even willing to send
over to you to fix it. Thank you.

Hello.

if update was from version 3.1. or older to 3.2. then there is high chance you will need to ship the unit to us for fixing.
Can you let me know what the Status LED is doing when you power up the unit?
Please observe also moment when you are connecting the battery. There could be a short flash of LED light.

Hi, great to get your feedback...thnk you! Ok,power on the unit 2 flashing and red light steady and about 97% to finalized the updating suddenly the power went off.(using scorpion backup guard) and suppect something went wrong with the battery...ok I'll send over to you and happy to pay all the cost. I'll inform once the unit send over to you.
Tomas, please before you send it back, I need to have a new |Spirit2 included on that packet for one single paymant. Ok, thank you and see you soon... :D

It is likely the unit can be fixed by you. I need only description of the behavior now. What the Status LED light is doing after powering the unit.

Hi Tomas, was late to check the forum and what I can say is,the unit has been sent by AusPost this morning to you. Tha light status after the failure was, red and off when connected the power. Glad to have your respond and by the way, also going to have some extra orders : 2X bluetooh adapter and 1X Spirit2 unit. Thank you very much and hope to get something exciyed from you soon.

Thank you, I hope the package value was declared under 25 USD otherwise they might return it :(
I believe it was possible to fix it within minute if there was a LED activity. The repair will be quick at least :)
