Has anyone who is on FrSky Ethos, updated to version 1.5.8? I cannot seem to get the Spirit integration responding, meaning it does open but all parameter values are greyed out. Only the save and close options are clickable. The Spirit GT does however recognise that the integration is opened and starts flashing the LED. Tried copying fresh files into the TX as well.

setup:
Tx. FrSky x20s (ver1.5.8)
Rx. r10+ archer plus on fbus / access
Spirit GT (ver 3.6.1)

The only change did here is the Ethos update, so could be that they introduced some incompatibility in the later versions of Ethos?

Which was the last version with functional integration on ethos on your system?

Thanks for the information, that declares why my integration won't work on ethos. i'd started on 1.5.6 and now im on 1.5.8 and integration never worked for me.

so i think the lua script is too old and not compatible, it's written in june 2023 so i expect it won't run on newer ethos versions at all

Hello,
I have an Horus X10S Express and I must just say after update to ETHOS 1.5.8 the telemetry works fine but the integration doesn't work -
100 % shure all was working fine with ETHOS 1.4.17 !

I'm not entirely sure anymore, but I think with ETHOS 1.5.7 it works also all fine too - I'll try to double check it -

The telemetrie works fine only with Spirit FW 3.6.1 - Spirit FW 3.6.2 doesn't work nothing neither telemetry and sticks or switches nor telemetry - Tomas said that we will get FW 3.7.0, but I don't know when we get it, some days are gone -

Regards

Hello,
short addendum, the telemetry and integration works also fine with ETHOS version 1.5.7 -
I have verified this again! For the time being I have version 1.5.7 of ETHOS installed -

Best regards !

Hello,
have you tried to flash back the firmware to 3.6.1 ?
For me only the 3.6.1 works the 3.6.2 doesn't work !

My configuration:

Transmitter:
Horus X10S Express with ETHOS 1.5.7 and newest firmware for internal module 2.1.10 (19.10.2023)

ESC: YGE Aureus 135
FBL: Spirit GT , Firmware 3.6.1
Receiver: Archer R8 Pro (FW 2.1.14) and Archer RS (FW 2.1.10) linked via SBUS IN (Archer R8 Pro)-->Signal Redundancy

Best Regards

Thanks for that, just did a downgrade to Ethos ver1.5.6 as I see from the Ethos ver1.5.8 version release notes that Ethos ver1.5.7 has a performance issue.

Spirit Ethos integration is now working great :D with Spirit firmware version 3.6.1 on my GT.

ps- The Ethos downgrade was no fun, as it wiped out everything luckily I had a backup
