Hello community, I have a constant problem with my GeoLink V1 - connected to a Spirit GT - that the connection is interrupted and the GeoLink functions fail. The log says "GeoLink connection is broken" The latest firmware versions 3.7.0 and 1.4.1 are installed, but the same problem occurred with the previous versions. I tried it with the long 50cm connection cable and also with the short 22cm cable after converting the Spirit GT from front to back. The vibrations are OK on the X and Z axes (under 20), increased on the Y axis (70). Is it possible that the GeoLink or Spirit GT got a loose connection due to a crash (it wasn't bad, battery failure and I noticed it too late, both cases are undamaged)? I hope someone knows the problem and can help me. Best regards Thomas

could you try to Clean logs in the GeoLink? This could help.

Do you mean the Advsnced Flight Viewer on Diagnostic Tab?

I mean General - GeoLink - Map - Clear Logs, not Advanced Flight Viewer.

Ok, if I click on "Lösche Preotokolle", the system jumps to the Geo-Link Update Tab. If I try to open a log by clicking on "Wähle log zum anschauen", there is no list to open an log. Maybe the logs are deledetd?

Yes, it should clear all the logs. Can you check if this resolved the problem?

zexx86 I want to confirm that I also have problems with the geolink and these problems I've had them for over a year. the geolink logs It's been 4 versions now that no longer work. I remember very well that initially I could view the geolink logs geolink settings - map and after select log. one year ago (or even more, now I don't remember the date) I visualized the log but then later at a certain point I no longer viewed the logs. if I'm not wrong I also wrote to you about this problem. then I gave up because for me it's not a serious problem why I use the Spirit GT logs. Initially I had this problem with spirit rs + geolink v2 and after without changing hardware started having this problem. only after having the problem I mounted the geolink v2 on a spirit gtr. And after i mounted the geolink v2 on a spirit gt. when they are light problems I do not insist. but I assure you that surely others also have these problems just that certain people they don't notice the problem. because once the helicopter is set up they are no longer able to see all the functions. I can only tell you that it happened after a few software updates.

Hello,
franz88: the logs are not recorded if logging is turned off. It could stop logging because there is Log Enable parameter.
The logs in the GeoLink are limited by memory. If memory is full it will not record the logs anymore. Older firmware version had a problem that corrupted the logs occassionally. But with more recent 1.4+ it should be all ok. But first you have to clear the logs.
