 Post subject: Cyclic Servo Centering

Spirit 2 -

What is the expected behavior of the cyclic servos in normal flying mode? When the motor is off the servos return to center. When the motor is running the servos hold their position which was sent from the transmitter.

Hello,
nothing special that's absolutely normal if the rotor rotates -

In real flight, things behave differently than on the workbench - here a rotation rate is specified on the workbench. Since the helicopter is not in the air, the FBL does not notice any change (reaction to the default), so it thinks that the desired position has not yet been reached and therefore remains in the position - If the rotor rotates, the FBL means the helicopter is in the air...
