I have a strange problem, every first time I turn on the heli and take off, the heli slowly starts to deviate to the left. the longer this goes on the worse it gets.
Then when I land and take off again it starts again but when I land, disconnect the battery and connect it again and then take off again everything is normal and there are no more abnormalities.
In the attached log file you can see that the first three times the aileron deviates to the left, after disconnecting the battery and taking off again everything is normal.
This log was created on hover only.

you go to your radio in the monitor menu check that the signal remains stationary if you don't move the stick, or if you have a shake(tremble)
they can be the potentiometers of your radio.
check first that it's not this one.

Hi,
If I don't move the stick the signal is very stable, I have a taranis x9d+ with hall gimbals, so no potentiometers either.
On the other hand if it was the radio how do you explain the drift disappearing when i disconnect the battery from the model and reconnect it.
Yesterday I updated the radio from V1 FCC (the one with the USM bug) to V2 LBT also replaced the receiver but still the same problem.

Hi ZeXx86,

Thanks, i turned on Extended Signal Processing and it looks the problem has gone for now.
So vibrations are probably the cause of the problem, I don't have an ESC fan so it won't be from there. Weird that I only have 7% vibration via telemetry.
Balance of head and tail blades are ok.
I'm going to check the main and tail rotor for irregularities.

Some kind of vibration will not produce high level but can be very disturbing. For this reason it is always better to use Spektrum Analysis tool which will tell you where the problem is.

ZeXx86 but that's just my impression or am I wrong?
the people they use radio with open tx or edge tx (radiomaster, taranis, ecc) they have more problems compared to the user jeti, spektrum, ecc?
he's not the only person with low vibrations.
For what reason he must use "Signal processing"= Extended ?
what is different about him respect to others?
because between my radios i have a radiomaster tx16s and I don't know whether to use it, for now i'm using jeti.

In my case it has nothing to do with the radio. I do indeed have a problem with vibrations, but apparently it is not that simple to get the vibrations out of the rotor head. New shafts and bearings have not solved the problem. Rotor blades weigh exactly the same with the center of gravity in the same place. I have now ordered new dampers for the head and hope finaly to solve my vibration problem.

It does not matter which radio do you have.
It will work same with all if channel are configured correctly.
Problems with some radios are more often, because settings is more complicated and there are more options what to make wrong.

Regarding vibration issue, it is almost never at the rotor head. Instead if there are some vibrations, then it is always at the tail rotor or less common in the motor.
You can see it clearly from Spectrum Analysis tool.

I checked the spectrum analysis tool and I have a huge spike at 2200 rpm in the x-axis. Up to 2000 rpm everything is still below 50% but above it I get peaks up to 250%. I think the damping is too loose causing the fethering shaft to shift axially creating that sudden imbalance.
In any case, the spectrum analysis tool helped me a lot.
