I have Spirit, Spirit Pro and Spirit GTR (haven't used the GTR yet). In the Jeti (DS-12), under Timers/sensors and then sensors/logging; I see S Vibes and S RPM - Am I correct that they are telemetry values from Spirit? I want also Battery Voltage as a telemetry variable - will the GTR have that? is there any other way beside adding an MUI or unisense, or related add-on? Thanks |

Yes, S xx values are telemetry values from Spirit units. For voltage values and similar, you have to use a MUI sensor or a speed controller that has telemetry (and you either send it to the Spirit unit or to the Jeti receiver to the EXT port), the instructions are here: http://manual.spirit-system.com/index.php?title=ESC_telemetry |

Thank you for your reply. I should have mentioned, this is a gasser heli (no esc). Still, the approach is the same. I need a MUI or equivalent. Regards, |

For glow or gasoline engines, either the voltage indicator of the receiver in the radio is enough to monitor the on-board battery, or to monitor multiple batteries, e.g.: http://support.jetimodel.cz/en/katalog/Duplex-2-4-EX/Measure-Sensors-EX/@produkt/MU3-EX/ RPM sensor: http://support.jetimodel.cz/en/katalog/Duplex-2-4-EX/Measure-Sensors-EX/@produkt/MRPM-HALL-EX/ http://support.jetimodel.cz/en/katalog/Duplex-2-4-EX/Measure-Sensors-EX/@produkt/MRPM-EX/ other: http://support.jetimodel.cz/en/katalog/Duplex-2-4-EX/Measure-Sensors-EX/@produkt/MFlow2-G800-EX/ |
