Hi Tomas I am hoping you can help me with a strange issue after updating to 3.4.0, I was at the field today and connected with my phone to make changes to my nitro gov., noticing that I didn't have my radio on, I turned on my radio to check my diagnostic page and lost connection after turning on my radio. when I got home I tried using my PC and USB connector and it does not recognize my Spirit GT anymore (with my radio turned on). strange thing is, if I power up my GT unit without my radio on it recognizes the GT and I can make changes. both software and GT unit is showing 3.4.0. I tried re-flashing firmware and even recovery mode but it will not connect when my radio is on! no problem yesterday when I initially flashed the update thru my PC, I immediately tried connecting with my android phone and it worked perfectly, with the radio on. any thoughts as to what I should do next? radio is Futaba 18SZ with R7008SB receiver. |

Hello, have you enabled Kontronik Jive Pro, Kosmik telemetry? |

Yes, telemetry has been selected I wanted to check my headspeed as I was flying. |

Very likely you wanted to select TelMe telemetry option. Because Kontronik Jive Pro & Kosmik is old and deprecated option. And behavior you are describing is correct actually. See instruction when you select it or in the guide. |

Good to know, thank you for the quick response Tomas. I will make the change. BTW, my nitro gov. is starting to work the way I want, after lowering the holding limit % and increasing the main gain the head speed is holding just fine. not sure if I would get this kind of customer service from any other manufacturer, your customer service is second to none! |
