Hi,
I started loading the last firmware update.
I got the message: Update failed.
Since then I haven't gotten a connection to the geolink.
What can I do to get the new firmware on?

Hello,
you will have to make update in the Recovery mode of GeoLink.
What Spirit unit do you have?
Correct firmware for GeoLink can be downloaded from our web page in Download section / under GeoLink label.
It has 4DG extension.
