Fine,

Have a look please

Close to the end of the movie you can
see the loosing of connection.
Without pushing a button the screen is
jumping back.

Hello Manfred,

thank you for the video!
It is very interesting you are getting such error.

Could you please try these things?
a) Change language for your radio to English and test it again.
b) Change Spirit firmware back to 3.2.1 and check again (with the same integration script).
c) Change BIN file to 3.2.1 or 3.2.0 but use firmware version 3.2.2. I can provide download link if you dont have the old files.

What firmware version in your radio do you have? If it is some older firmware (version 4.X for example), this could cause the troubles.

In this way we can at least find where the problem could be as it can't be reproduced on any of our radios.

I have found recently I have to copy the new Spirit files (x3) individually into the Devices folder on the Tx. If I try to copy all 3 at once it doesn't work. But you think it has!!

Hi,

did the next rials.

a.
Firmware 3.2.2 woks fine with older bin file (3-1), but display notes to update the bin file please.
With this combination i can go through all screens.

b.
If i copy the new bin file in the folder, the screen jumps again back.

Comment:
I did all trials minimum twice, so that valid results at hand

So hopefully you`ve got a more clear picture about now.
It seems the bin file is the failure.

Hi Manfred, you say you have copied THE .bin file. There are at least two you need for the RS, the other is for the Spirit and Spirit2.
There is a folder called SPIRIT, REX-RS.bin and SPIRIT.bin. All three should be in Devices folder in your Tx. Can you confirm all three NEW items are in the Tx?

Thank you very much for the message.

In the new BIN file there are much faster requests for data. But for unknown reason this is causing problem in your case.
You can use old BIN file for now. Now we dont know if it is problem in radio firmware or your particular Spirit unit or somewhere else. But certainly there is difference in behavior, which should not happen.

Do you have any other Spirit unit to compare if same problem happen?
Have you changed EX Bus parameters in some way? For example frame rate.
Please check if it is set to 100Hz in your radio.

Hi,

1.
yes, i`ve 3 additional Spirt RS units in use, but i`m not interested
to have same mailfunctions on it.

2.
No, touched nothing, also checked again the 100 Hz.

3.
Interesting news: (10 min later..)
Did the firmwareupdate on one of my the other RS unit (Kraken 580),
everything is working fine !.

Please don`t say that my brandnew Spirit RS unit has a hardware mailfunction ?
How should i deal now with it ?

Post subject:  Re: Update 3.2.2

Can you please verify that with same configuration it is working on other units?
If everything will be identical and one unit will not work in the same way, then I am afraid there is something wrong.
If so, we will ship you new unit so the problem can be resolved as soon as possible.
Then we have to verify your original unit to find what could be wrong as we have never encountered such issue.
