Please proceed according the following steps:

1 - Right click to Start/open Device manager
2 - go to Ports (COM & LPT)
3 - Right click to Device Silicon Labs CP210x.
4 - Click to Tab Port Settings and open Advanced Settings
5 - open combo box with COM port ID
6 - select COM port with the lower possible value which is unused and click OK button.
7 - close the Device manager and start the Software, you should see COM port which was selected in device manager. In my case it was COM3.

Now, all should work without any issue. You have to connect cable from the interface to SYS position in the unit and connect the battery.

Hi, I have a spirit pro that I can not connect to with the interface software. (Latest version)

1. Connected to the SP using Win 10 and updated the firmware to 2.6.1 worked OK.
2. Connected a Spektrum DSM2 RX and bound OK.
3. Restarted the SP and the software would not find the SP.
4. Have tried 3 different interface leads, 2 different windows PC (Win10) (Win7)
5. Successfully connected in recovery mode, but after flashing, the SP is not found by the software.
6. Successfully connect both PC'S to a non pro spirt, so the software, cables, all proven on a non pro spirit.
7. Have now run out of ideas!

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Please verify status LED of the Spirit unit. It should pulsate at the beginning and then steady on, once initialized. Can you confirm this?
It does not matter which unit it is. It must work with any Spirit unit.

The Status LED must be ON all the time when you are trying to connect. Normally this process takes just 6 seconds - initialization.
If it is not steady On, then it will unfortunately not work.

Can you confirm that after few seconds the Status LED is steady On?

This mean that you have to start the Spirit Settings software just when it is steady, not when it is pulsating.

Good. When you unplug the USB interface from the computer, do you see still the same COM ports in the Spirit Settings software / Connection tab?
This mean you have to just unplug the USB and then re-launch the software.

Ah, no - if interfaces are still same this mean that the only issue is in the USB driver in your computer.
So the issue is not related with Spirit unit at all.

Please check this guide:
http://manual.spirit-system.com/index.p ... er_Windows

Especially at the bottom you can see the issue you are encountering right now.
It should be enough to reinstall the USB driver with the one from the Spirit Settings software.
