Post subject:  [SOLVED] Problem with "damped" reaction on roll and nick

I have a Blade 300CFX with a Spirit FBL and I'm very pleased with the first flights so far. :D

I'm using "Coax" for bank 0 and "Rescue normal" on bank 1.
My transmitter is a Spektrum DX8.

The raktion of the Heli to Nick and Roll is somehow "damped". It is hard to fly tight turns because even with full Roll on the Stick it feels like 50% D/R would be adjusted.

Where in the Menue do I adjust this?

- In "Stabi" with Stick priority from currently 6 > 8 or 10 or
- In "Limits" with Cyclic Ring from 6° > 8° or more, since there is no collision what so ever.

Collective Pitch was measured from -7 up to 12 degrees.

Thanks for assistance.

Hello,

when flying in Coaxial mode, then it is working differently than in normal flying.
But for normal flying mode, you have to increase Sensor/Rotation rate.
Default value 8 is preconfigured for beginners.
Increasing it to 10 - 11 should solve the problem.

Thanks for the quick response.
I'll try it as soon as I can and report the outcome.

I would have never guessed that the answer to my problen can be found under the "Sensor" tab. :o

Will there be an addon in the manual with "How To's" ??

You are welcome :)
You can see answer in the manual already. But problem is that everybody is calling this behavior differently.
By default it is intentionally slow so that everybody can manage steering and landing safely for the first flights.

For example here you can see "How-To's":

Just tested the following ajustments:

- Stick Priority at 9
- Cyclic Ring at 128 (8°)
and
- Cyclic rotation speed at 10

and the 300CFX stretch (275mm Blades) flies perfect now!

I promise to look more into th online manual. ;)
