After much testing, there is still problem.

1. Sometimes stop for a moment the even at full rudder. Rudder servo: Align DS650

2. While pirouette sometimes the heli self aileron direction overthrown. Governance must be strong opposition.

Are you sure that the Pirouette Optimization is correct?
I understand that is is very hard to check it on the ground.

For example when you change rudder servo or rudder mechanics, it can be result for the opposite settings.

The Pirouette Optimization setup correct. Do not every pirouette occur.

Are you sure that CG is good?
This can cause this issue as well.

Then tested the rudder servo ball farther.

CG correct. Main rotor shaft vertical.

The problem may not be that counterclockwise rotation of the rotor?

This shouldn't be a problem.

Does it happen always only to one side only?

Where is your collective pitch when you are hovering? (approx. position)

It occurs in both directions.
Hovering approx 4-5 degree.

It really looks like there is wrong pirouette optimization direction.
This behavior exactly correspond with the state when it is configured in opposite direction.

How did you tested that it is configured properly?
Maybe after initial configuration you have changed Sensor compensation direction for Rudder - this will lead in the problem that it is reversed.
